Refund policy

Returns & Store Credit Policy

Due to the nature of second-hand luxury goods, we do not offer refunds. However, we do accept returns for store credit only, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 2 days of receiving the item

  • The item is returned in the exact condition it was received

  • The item is unworn, unused, and unaltered

  • All original tags must remain attached

Any items returned outside of this window or not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
