Authenticity Guarantee

At Les Pièces Atelier, we proudly guarantee the authenticity of every designer piece we sell. All items are carefully reviewed and authenticated, and we work closely with Entrupy authentication software, a globally trusted system that uses advanced technology to verify luxury goods. Our commitment ensures that every item you purchase is 100% authentic and sourced with integrity.

Shipping Schedule

Les Pièces Atelier ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Order Processing Time

All orders require 48–72 hours for processing before shipment. This processing time allows us to carefully prepare, verify, and package each item to ensure it arrives safely and securely.

Shipping Timeframes

Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Overnight Shipping: Available at checkout for expedited delivery

Please note that shipping timeframes begin once the order has been processed and dispatched.

Signature Confirmation

For the protection of both our clients and our business, all shipments require a signature upon delivery. This policy ensures that high-value items are delivered safely and received by the intended recipient.

Les Pièces Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Store Credit Policy

Due to the nature of second-hand luxury goods, we do not offer refunds. However, we do accept returns for store credit only, provided the following conditions are met:

The return request is made within 2 days of receiving the item
The item is returned in the exact condition it was received
The item is unworn, unused, and unaltered
All original tags must remain attached

Any items returned outside of this window or not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

Item Condition & Product Descriptions

As a second-hand designer retailer, each piece may show varying levels of wear. We make every effort to provide detailed descriptions, photos, and condition notes for all products listed on our site.

We strongly encourage buyers to carefully read the full product description and review all images prior to purchasing to ensure the item’s condition and quality align with their expectations. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the item’s described condition.
